Light Duty Kwik Klamp

The famous 1″ – 2″ Kwik Klamp is a fast, safe tool for any service truck and is available on NDS’s Online Store.  The KWIK KLAMP specifications are:

• All steel construction.
• Weight 14 lbs.
• 5″ wide and 12″ long.
• hold 1″ – 2″ galvanized or plastic pipe.
• Load tested over 4,000 lbs. according to the manufacturer.
• Wide base for more stable holding on large casing.
• All adjustments made by 1″ square thread shaft hidden in front jaw away from water and dirt.

Medium Duty Kwik Klamp 2

The all new heavy duty KWIK KLAMP 2 pictured above is the drillers’ answer for holding the larger pipe sizes 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″ and is available on NDS’s Online Store.  Kwik Klamp 2 is basically an enlarged version of our popular KWIK KLAMP for pipe sizes 1″ through 2″ with many of the same features.

The tool has been used world-wide by environmental drillers, pump installers, well servicemen and water drillers alike.  The specifications of the KWIK KLAMP 2 are:

• Main body is constructed of 2″ and 2-1/2″ 1/4″ wall steel tube.
• Easy to operate, working on over center locking when downward pressure is applied to 19″ lever handle.
• 1/2″ safety pin used to prevent accidental unclamping.
• Kwik Klamp 2 allows workers to bring pipe or drill joint up to an easy working level.
• The tool weighs only 30 lbs. and is 20″ long and 7-1/2 inches wide.
• Jaws are equipped with 16 carbide tipped grippers.
• Excellent holding capability with load tests done over 7,000 lbs. according to the manufacturer.
• Designed to hold pipes 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″ and 4″ PVC, HDPE, Stainless Steel and galvanized steel.

Heavy Duty Kwik Klamp 3

The heavy duty KWIK KLAMP 3 is designed to hold 6″ PVC pipe. The tool has been used world-wide by environmental drillers, pump installers, well servicemen and water drillers alike. The specifications of the KWIK KLAMP 3 are:

• Main body constructed of 2″ & 2 1/2″ 1/4″ wall steel tube.
• Easy to operate, over center locking of jaws when downward pressure is applied to 19″ long lever handle.
• 1/2″ safety pin used to prevent accidental unclamping.
• Allows workers to bring pipe or drill joint up to an easy working level.
• The tool weights only 37 lbs. and is 20″ long x 7 1/2″ wide.
• Designed to hold 6″ PVC or HDPE pipe.
• Jaws are equipped with 20 carbide tipped grippers (3/8-16×1/2).
• Excellent holding capability. Load tests on flush joint PVC pipe 4,000 lbs. according to the manufacturer.
• tests on PVC pipe with klamp holding under a bell 7500 lbs. according to the manufacturer.

The Kwik Klamp 3 is also capable of holding 5″ PVC pipe with the additional jaw pads and bolts as pictured above.
