Progressive Cavity Grout Pump
Progressive Cavity Pump are used widely in the water well and geothermal drilling industry. They excel in pumping neat cement and 1-step grouts such as Baroid’s Quick Grout. Two step grouts, like eight mesh Benseal, is not recommended as progressive cavity pumps over-shear the grout material and tremie lines easily plug! As a Mud Pump, the L8 Series is a popular model on many mobile pumping rigs or auger rigs in use today. Some common pump models used are: 2L4, 3L4, 3L6, and 3L8.
